Terms and Conditions

• A deposit of 50% of the projected stay is required on confirmation of booking
• The balance of accommodation is payable on your departure day
• To secure bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable
• Amex, Visa, MasterCard are accepted
• A refund of 100% of the deposit will be given 6 weeks or longer before the commencement of the booking
• Should a cancellation occur within 6 weeks prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply
• Cancellations within 2 weeks prior of arrival will be charged in full
